Anita is a 200- hour RYT and completed her training at Inner Spirit Studio in Whippany in 2024. She found a love for yoga quickly after seeing so many positive benefits not only from physical but, mental, emotional, and spiritual as well. Yoga became a special part of her daily routine as it brings her peace, clarity, healing, alignment, and calmness though out her journey. Anita believes her mat is a sacred and safe space and wants each of students to feel the same way. As well as, feel connected to yoga for more than just the movement but the breathing and finding inner peace. She is grateful she for this practice everyday.
Outside of Yoga, Anita is a Elementary Special Education Resource Room teacher, and a photographer. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Taz, being in the sun, reading and cooking healthy meals.
